F01 means there is a motor triac has short circuit. areas to check are the motor, connections and module. BE VERY AWARE THAT THIS MOTOR IS A 3 PHASE ONE AND THAT YOU SHOULD UNPLUG THE MACHINE FROM THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFOR WORKING ON IT BECAUSE THE HEAT SINK ON THE MODULE HOLDS A LIVE CURENT FOR ABOUT THIS LONG EVEN AFTER DISCONECTION
