84 Celica fuel line emergency shutoff switch?

I have an 84 Toyota Celica, recently some high school kid hit my rear passenger side, where the gas tank is. It was running fine after that for about an hour. Now it wont start, it turnes over but no start.

My dad told me to look into the emergeny shutoff switch, that the car might think its rolling or something. I can not find any info on this however, where is it at and how would I know if it is activated and how would I reset it?
