GLOW WORM 18HXI -Intermitant whine?

Glow worm ultracom 18hxi - recently installed and has just started to emit a high pitched whine from within the boiler unit - this occurs at various times during the day and night, but is at its worst when the heating and or water come on in the morning.Could this be the fan or something more sinister ! any suggestions greatfully received

If recent install get the man back don't let anyone else touch it .Sounds like poor flow through the boiler pump speed wrong Or bebris in the system if it was not cleansed before install..the makers will not cover you for that..Get the man back
