washer dryer servis m9503w-1
washer as stopped and appears to be stuck in the middle of the programme and all the ligts have gone off but there is a noise of something running,I suspect the water pump is still running.
i have a servis m9503w but it only seems to work on 40 degrees setting what could it be?

Hi Ted,
Did you get this sorted? Mine has done exactly the same today,there was water still in the drum and what I thought was the pump running like yours looks like it is the dryer fan as once I took the washing out after turning the machine off for a couple of minutes I could see the water in the drum being blown, and the door started to get warm.
Let me know how you got on.

Sounds like the controller has gone!
I know this as I have mine for a year , seen this problem with the first of many logic boards.
