My laptop will not turn on?

When i start my laptop it comes up with

we apologize for the inconvenience but windows did not start successfully.a recent hardware or software change may might have caused this.

if your computer stopped respondimg,restarted unexpectally or automatically shut down to protect your files and folders choose last known good configuration to revert to the most recent settting that worked.
if a previous start up attempt was interupted due to a power failure or because the power or restet button was pressed.or if you werent sure of what caused the problem choose start windows normally

safe mode
safe mode with networking
last known good configuration
start windows normally..

i have tryed all of these but it keeps coming up with the same screen please help me i just got my laptop fixed about 2months ago
