Electroluxe ER78311 NOT COOLING?

Good morning, the fridge section of my fridge-freezer is not cooling properly (milk has turned sour on a number of occasions etc). It doesn't seem to matter whether the dial is at 1 or 6 inside the fridge. The hole at the bottom of the fridge is kept clean and is not blocked. Any ideas to resolve this problem please?

you could have an auto defrost fault or a sensor fault.no easy way of getting access or testing these parts without stripping it down.would be an ambitious diy job but could be done if you have a multimeter.most people you call out for these will tell you its a system fault (gas issue).so be careful you have been warned!
