my machine is not pumping out any water?

have you cleaned the filter switch off remove plug from socket. filter is usually on bottom right hand side of machine pull bottom front cover away from m/c, you should see round plastic plug with bar in middle turn anti clock wise until out (beware you could get up to pint or full m/c of water out) idid mine this year and got out two balls of packed fluff & £2.57 one earing +2 nails

does the pump run on your machine when on a drain setting ?.if not assume pcb faulty or bad wiring to pump
