How can I fix my Playstation 3?

my play station is asking me to contact the tecnical servise every time i put it on and am on able to use it

i droped my boyfriends ps3 and its was working fine and still is. its turns on and everything but on the tv screen i cant see anything or sometimes its freezes with diffrent colors?? what can i do ?? please help me

My PS3 as crashed when I inserted a game. I cannot get the disk out. The power light is on but nothing else would work.

i rang sony and explained that after the last update my games froze and after that it would not read blue ray/games/dvds/cds/ they told me as a gesture of good will they would collect it and fix it free on this occasion collecting it in about a week good old sony!!!!!!

hi, is it giving an error code, your reader could be buggered, i called playstation and got a replacement, very good service, give them a call

Is the PS3 starting up ok?

sounds to me like the blu-ray drive isn't reading the disks. when you put a disk in can you hear it spinning like its trying to read?

If the blu-ray drive isn't working you might either have some dust in there or its broken. Open the drive and try blowing in there a couple of times. If this doesn't work then you may need to take it back.
