how do i replace the draqin pipe on my zanussi zwd 1262 washer drier?
i have managed to remove the flexi pipe at the sink end, however on the washing machine end i am having trouble. it enters the maching at the bottom right and has a gray block underneath it. i do not seem to be able to pull it out though!
