I have water coming from the draw which holds the softener any answers, ive flushed the pipes through and there is no blockage ?

When we turn on machine, the red light comes on, we then press the reset button and it goes directly to finish of cycle, without anything happening! What should we do??...

The carbon Bushes have worn out, on the electric motor, this is a common problem with all washing machines, replacement parts are about £10 to £25 and can be easly fitted once electric motor is removed i am not a washing machine repairer, but an electricain, and have fixed quite a few machines in my time, people always seem to think its the programer but this wont function unless electric motor is working 98% of the time.

We had this problem with the same machine. If it's like ours just turn it to the short spin cycle and it should drain and unlock the door.
