User Instructions required to Down load?

Just acquired a Diplomat Ceramic Hob. From MFI. (the store is closing down and the hob is ex-display). The Mod. Code is ACA 1213. (6.2KW). The Large Ring has a centre (smaller ring). It appears when I have Wired this unit in, only the (smaller ring) noted above heats. The three remaining rings heat fully. Without instructions I have no idea if the larger ring should fully heat up. Do you have a user Manual/Instructions that I can Down load?
