Very much doubt it. You MIGHT be able to source a replacement ceramic top but I don't know how much of a pain it would be if it needs binding to everything else.
There's a service manual here that mat help with how to do it and with part numbers.

I'd start thinking about replacing it. Maybe go the whole hog and get an induction hob.
