Also...a really simple answer could be that, if you are on a pre payment meter, you could be out of gas!!!x

the rate of the flashing red light tells you what is wrong. once a second is flame lockout.
im doing one of them tonight in north london it is often the pcb (circuit board)
download manual if you don't have it as it will help.

press reset button - flash can be due to either overheat or ignition lockout. check your system has between 1 & 1.5 bar of pressure (gauge on front of boiler)
