how can i fix washing machine?

The inlets on a washer usually have a very fine filter in them . Turn off the water supply to the machine and remove the connection then you can check the filter isn't clogged up. If you've had work done on you water system recently the bits of debris have got to go somewhere! If the filters are clear then it sounds like the solenoid valve (electric tap) inside the washer isn't being energised. You can check the connections but remember this is 240volt mains so unplug before you mess around.
