car alarm goes of when i open the doors?

i have recently brought a mondeo zetic when i unlock the car door then open door the alarm goes of. (its worse when its freezing) and im still not sure how to stop the alarm cause the central locking key doesnt work. if any one could help my neighbours are sick of my alarm
