why will my peugeot 406lx (1997) not slow run. the engine cuts off when i either step on the clutch or brake pedal. this makes driving dangerous as i either have to restart the car all the time this happens or jerk start on the road. going round a corner or stopping at traffic lights is a complete nightmare.
