Nokia 6230 - the caller cannot hear me, bit I can hear them?
I have nokia 6230, the phone rings ok, I can dial out and receive a call, but when I answer the phone, I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me.
the phone has not been dropped or damaged - is there anything that can be done?
Perhaps the microphone of your Nokia 6230 is broken?
You could try to call someone with a headset attached to your phone. If it works then probably the microphone is broken.
Is it possible for you to switch off the microphone while calling?
