Anyone knows where can I get a new LCD screen to my Digital Camera Samsung S860.
It smashed, it is all black, but the camera is not that expensive, I wonder if it compensates fixing it or just buy a new one.
The question is, it belongs to my son 8 years old, he got it as Christmas gift and he is crying his eyes out, because he drop it and broke the screen.
I will appreciate if someone could be of assistance.

I WAS ABLE TO OPEN CASE.. IT HAS TWO CLIPS ON THE TOP THAT WILL UNCLIP WITH A LITTLE PERSUASION. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE TOP SELECTOR BUTTON EITHER. THE LCD SCREEN IS TAPED ON . LIFT THE BROWN PLASTIC PIECE WERE THE SCREEN TAPE WIRE IS SECURED TO REMOVE TAPE WIRE. ASSEMBLY IS IN REVERSE ORDER. GOOD LUCK.

I have a 9 year old crying over the same thing tonight. I think I found the LCD screen online. I think the model for the screen is AD07-00082A and it looks like you can get it for $25-$35. But I'm trying to open the camera to confirm the model number. I took all the screws out of the exterior case but it won't separate at the top of the camera and I don't want to break it. Maybe there's a screw under the selector knob at the top? Have you been able to open the case to get the screen out? If so how?
