Following a power cut the digital clock needs resetting but don't know which buttons to select to start reset? all display shows 00.00 and is flashing. Any help appreciated.

to reset clock ensure control knob( 4 from left) is in manual position,then press the inset button in the centre with pencil point or similar, and turn the setting knob( 6from the left) to the correct time, release the inset button when you have achieved the correct time
