beko fridge freezer cda543f -has thermostat gone?

My beko fridge freezer is 18 months old and the back plate is at present completely frosted and the vegetables in the bottom of the fridge are frozen. Has the thermostat gone. I have turned the temp down as low as possible but never had it on more than 1 1/2 anyway.

My Fridge Freezer is a Bosch frost free,my fridge section stopped working,when I rang the repair man he was too busy to come.He told me that if the freezer section had a lot of ice in it ,to defrost that overnight,he said that cold air from the freezer could not get to the fridge,it worked for me.
