The DVD on Goodmans Combi is sticking, won't load disc ?

The Goodmans GTVL19W17HVFM, TV/DVD combi is stuck. The DVD will go in but the disc will not load, I've reset the DVD on settings but just clicks and keeps trying to load. HELP!

I cant help, but the same has happened to mine - and its exactly one year old, hardley used but out ot warranty! helllppppp
