How do I fix my Hotpoint washer/dryer WD440 1400 Spin?

My dryer part of the washer dryer has no heat coming through when drying garments. Not sure if it is the circuit board or thermostat? No power to the circuit board for the dryer.

Where can I get a reasonably priced part and are they easy to fit?
