on skype and no one reciveing picture why?

If you start your webcam from Amcap can you see yourself? If not then problem is with your webcam or its software, if you can see yourself then try the following:-
Start Skype and go to 'Tools/Options/General/Video Settings'.
Tick the boxes marked "Enable Skype Video" and "Start Video Automatically".
Select your webcam from drop down list.
Select the Receive and Show options as required.
You should appear in a box in top right hand corner.
If this did not work and the Skype enable box was already enabled try clearing the tick and re enabling it.
