diplomat elite induction hob AAA 1473 - flashing E4 help!!!!?

i have the manual but there is absolutely nothing in there about one of the saucepan rings flashing E4. I have no idea what is happening and cannot use the ring at all. Any input greatly appreciated, louise x

I received no manual either and my hob is a aaa1473. The hob was fitted the week before christmas and is showing L when switched on, all 4 plates involved. Then E r
0 3 Can you look in your manual to see if the problem can be resolved? M.F.I. have a lot to answer for. Thank you so much for any help u can give. Regards Carol Marshall

Shagged. Get a new one. just had that happen a second time in 6 weeks to a replacement hob!!

Hi Louise,

Cannot help with your specific problem but I wonder if you can help with mine. I have the same hob but bought it from the MFI shutdown (as did many others) and no manual came with it. Is there a possibility you can copy yours and send it on. I am quite willing to pay for this.
