how can i fix my mistral plus ?

The fan at the rear/bottom is not working so i bought a new fan,i went to exchnange the fans but i do not know how to get the 2 electric wires out of a black plastic box that they disappear into,so i cannot remove the old one,the new fans wires have spade endings on.
I would be most grateful if you could help with this.

oohh stupid me,just realised that the steel band around the box is a spring fixing,pushed it forward and prised it out with a screw driver and the covering just slid off,fitted the new fan and the fridge is working like a dream now :-)
