no hot water when switched to hot water only?

have a Ferroli optima 701 boiler.c/cheating fine.but hot water warm, but not hot, when switched to hot water only water is luke warm.pressure is 1.5 and boiler works fine. it was serviced only 3 months ago and was running fine.boiler is 10 years old.
