I have a tricity bendix dryer reverse action model TM 320W which does not get hot. A technician tried to fix it but he has not ben able to. He said that he cannot detect any power at the base of the dryer, even though the thermostat is working. and the element is ok. What can the problem be.
has the thermostat in the drum been tested?.hold a mirror inside the drum and it is up behind top of door opening.held in with 2 pozi screws.both contacts on stat must be normally closed
