toro 521 snowblower?

521 toro starts and runs a bit then dies has to have chokeflap half way then still dies

Your going to have to take the carb bowl off and clean it out go to you local dealer and bye a carb kit for the machine and replace the needle and seat as well as the bowl nut and gasket which will be in the kit
