my boiler went off yesterday (no flame) and i cant seem to resolve the problem. The boiler is working some shape as the red neon light comes on where it states 'see user guide'.
ive looked in the user guide and tried the following :
lighting it ...doesnt work
checked the pressure dial....its fine ,not under the red dial
so i have no hot water or heating...hope you can help
There is a reset button top right hand of the unit this will rset the cutout and put out the light Mine just did the same (it over heated as the pump failed ) If there is a fault then this will happen again , there on in you will be looking or new parts which isn't easy for this model ... Good luck
