The vertical hold on my GPX tvp7 5in portable tv doesn't work?
The vertical hold on my GPX tvp7 5in portable tv doesn't work very good. It almost stops the flipping picture but it still does it about once every 15 sec. Does the pot control for the v-hold need replacing?
