How can I access the washer reservoir on a Daewoo Matiz 2003?

My wife's rear wash stopped working. When you sqirted it water came out from the front bumper.

I assumed a pipe had come off. I removed the undershield to reveal the reservoir and undid 2 bolts but the one up the top was almost unreachable. I managed eventually with scraped knuckles and LOTS of patience, found the connector with the pipe off (must have frozen and expanded) and just about managed to replace it but it was difficult.
It would be easier with better access but I could not remove the headlight or front panel .

It is back together and working but without the top bolt on the reservoir!

How do I get to it easier please.. Anyone?
