NEW BOILER REQUIRED?

The boilers which seem to last the longest the most are the Vaillant and the Worcester two of the biggest boiler manufactures. The vaillants we are taking out are between 16 and 24 years old and the Worcester 16+ years. Worcester have second to none customer service and maintenance back up in my opinion were Vaillant seriously need to sort out there phone answering ability or lack of it. 35 mins on hold and gave up then 72 mins on hold before giving up , shocking. Other makes I would suggest would be Potterton/Baxi.
