Our Glow worm ultimate is about 5 years old, it keeps tripping out and shutting down. It will restart on the small red xbutton on the front which fires the pilot light and relights the boiler. I think it may need a new part but do not want to be ripped off. Any ideas what the problem is and a rough guild to how much the repair should cost? many thanks!
this happened on my glow worm when the water temperature was too high. it works fine now ive set it lower. you can do this using the black knob with white flash next to the red cut out button. check this out before buying any parts
