Have just powered down the whole house to install new appliances and noted that on power up the strobe was flashing. Thought this is a straight forward reset only to find the complete keypad is totally disabled.
Had the same problem - keypad locked after power off and strobe flashing. Fixed by resetting a PIR that had a tamper switch stuck. Keypad then went into tamper mode and was able to reset. Was the PIR where builders had been knocking and banging - seems the system locks down after tamper is triggered. Just take off the cover off suspect PIR and there should be a switch/button to reset. If suspect PIR fails try all the others.
