Optima xl6?

Can you help I have a Optima XL 6 home alarm and one of my zones keeps making my alarm go off after I set it to go out

Check the connections at each sensor in the affected zone

Disconnect the zone at the panel and put links in place, to check the alarm isn't being generated in the panel.
