Zanussi Jetstream 1200?

Water to the nozzle to the conditioner tray is controlled from a solenoid valve which appears to have stopped working.
These valves are easily relaced and are usually mounted underneath the removeable top. Make sure you remove the correct one by tracing the small hose to the conditioner tray

when at the possition to take the conditioner does the water come into the draw with force?.have you removed the plastic bit with MAX on it from the conditioner draw compartment?.underneath is some tubes that get blocked up.if the water doesn't come out of the jets above the compartment with force this could be your problem.if its got a mechanical linkage from a manual timer this also could be faulty
