fuel priming?

i have changed the fuel filters on my 0811 ford cargo 6 cyl ford engine and have got air in the pump, there is no bleed nut as i can see. can i crack an injector on top of the pump and turn the engine until fuel comes or is there another way please

There are numerous bleed screws. If its an 0811, then you have a Ford 110 engine. There are bleed screws on top of the fuel filter housing (hex head screws - 13 mm ). There is a bleed screw (straight slot - needs a big screwdriver 10 x 200 probably) in the side of the injector pump (Bosch) - one for each cylinder.
Depending on how you changed the filters, you could have air in the supply pipe going from the filter housing to the injector pump. This pipe rises to a high point like a syphon. If there is air in this, you need to slacken the union at the injector end and prime using the lift pump. (I find it easier when changing the fuel filters to unbolt the whole assembly and turn it upside down, off the truck. It also allows a good clean out!).
Another problem could be the glass bowl of the pre-filter/separator. There is a rubber washer/seal which goes between the rim of the glass bowl and the metal housing. If this seal is missing (which can happen because it can fall out when you take the bowl off), air will get into the system and no amount of bleeding will clear it.
