if you take out the radio and take off the casing that surronds the radio you should see a long code?? it is inscribed on the side not on a sticker, just give that code to me via vtrvectra@gmail.com and i hope reply with the code.

code may b in the handbook or writen on the back of the radio failin that u need 2 get the cerial no off the radio n the car reg may help aswell n phone up the dealer.
