how can i fix my vokera option hot water problem ?

when i turn on my hot water tap my boiler fires up. then i get about 20 seconds of hot water, the boiler shuts down and i get a red flashing light on the front or the boiler. i then have to turn off then on the mains supply to reset the system. any idea,s

Vokera Heating, Home Heating Systems Problem Boiler Fires

Mark - go to Vokera website and either phone or e-mail James Gavin and he will help you to solve your particular problem but my guess is - if you have a model with an LED panel at the front - that you need the parameters resetting and he will talk you through that too.
