Radio and Clock not working on my 2000 Ford Escort 1.6 Flight?

My radio and clock have stopped working; I have checked the fuse box and all the fuses are okay. The radio lights up when the headlights are turned on so the light circuit is fine. Is there a solution of possible areas I can check as I don’t know where the wiring is for the radio and clock.

The radio and clock used to cut out for a few days and come back by itself randomely but this time its been out for a few weeks.(maybe loose connection, if so where do the cables run for the radio and clock so i can check them)

I think it may be related to the ignition switch as sometimes spark sounds occur.
