how to mend a siphon?

A fault has occured with my aeg electrolux dishwasher (model FAVORIT35085VI, PNC 911939603). According to the manual, it appears to be the siphon. However, it doesn't tell you how to correct the problem.

I would appreciate some guidance with this issue.
