How can I fix White Knight 767 tumble dryer?

When I close the door for the unit to start drying, the motor can be heard but the drum does not turn. If I remove the top of the cabinet and turn the drum by hand while the motor is on, it begins to operate ok.But when I stop the machine and begin again the problem is still there.The belt is ok.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

to get access to the capacitor on these you have to completely strip them down from the back.everything has to come off including the drum

the start capacitor sounds faulty, its normally attached to the motor on these, very easy to replace.
