sabre 28 - continious hot water?

i have a sabre 28 combination boiler which is giving me problems running continious hot water. Water runs cold for short time then becomes hot as expected, however after a short time becomes cold again and then hot. Looking at boiler when this is happening, the led light on boiler which should be green all the time keeps going to red and then back to green and back to red/green
