My washing machine wont work?

Hi i have a servis washing machine model no. M6755S, and i can turn it on to a setting to do a wash but once i press the start button it starts filling with water for about 5 seconds then cuts off and resets itself. Please can you tell me what is wrong and how i can fix it? If possible please call me on 07725413273. Thanks
