How can i fix my Valliant exomax 824/2?

i have the same ptroblem, central heating ok ,but hot water comes out hjot and then starts cooling down, i have checked the secondary h/e it seem clear, but my insulation on the boiler cover has allmelted and if yuou take the front cover off it resolves the DHWS problems you get full hot water, has anybody got any ideas
