Lost Seal on Kitchen Sink Plug?

Have a Plastic sink plug where you turn central post to open up for drainage. However it lets water out slowly on closed position and it looks as though there should be a rubber seal fitted to it but this is missing. Would love to know if it is possible to replace this or buy another plug to match sink.
