HOTPOINT ULTIMA 1200 Washer/Dryer (2002MY)?

During any wash program the dislay will say check water supply. I've disconnected the hoses and checked the supply - both hot and cold are ok. Is there a internal blockage within the machine? Also Can I obtain a user manual from anywhere? Thank you.
