alternator location for Plymouth Grand Voyager 1993?

Have a 1993 Plymouth Grand Voyager. Is alternator located with power steering fluid dip stik? Purchased new battery but
engine won't kick over. Can't start.

Alternator is behind the power steering resovior on left side looking at engine from the front ...........if battery is new the van should crank even thou alt is bad ......I have seen where alt locked up and put engine in a bind .......might try taking serp belt off and see if it cranks then ....possible bad starter or connection thou
