How to fix leaking problem for fisher & paykel ecosmart GWL11?

I have a fisher and paykel eco smart washing machine, model number is: GWL11. There is a cold water leaking through the water ejecting divice inside the chamber after the cycle. If I shot down the cold water supply, the leaking stops. What is the problum? and How I can fix it? Thanks.
