Treadmill issues?

I have a sportcraft TX4.9 It has been working fine i keep the belt lubed. ALL the sudden when i started it and went to start walking the belt totally stopped going. I got off and it worked again.
Any suggestions ?
Like i say i keep it lubed between the belt and deck.

I buy silicone spray and also at a sports store they have a kit that u put the grease on it and run it under the belt it takes out all the dirt and lubes it real good

How do you keep it lubed? My friend gave me hers just a month ago and I don't have the instruction manual. Can you tell me how to do it? Thanks, paula
